I bought the HP Mini 110 over the weekend and have been cheerful with the performance, given its slight size, and portability. The camouflage is crisp, determined and text is easy to read. Streaming video is righteous, but there were a few instances of the video skipping as well as stalling, but again this is a netbook and not a desktop or top ruin laptop computer. I have two complaints about this product. First, it loaded with a ton of bloatwear that you'll never exercise or need. It took me over 2.5 hours to bewitch the bloatware and update the OS. The second complaint is the computer tends to rush hot and loud when conventional for extended periods of time. Overall, the HP Mini 110 is a favorable netbook at a pleasurable note. I don't believe you'll be disappointed if you settle to occupy.

Skeptical was my first reaction when I popped into a computer store and saw the 110. It's size and weight (comparable to a ladies purse or a hardcover new) made me a bit leary about even thinking about getting a netbook.

But it's a different world these days and the shroud on even the best incandescent phone doesn't get browsing easy.

The HP Mini 110 sets up with no troubles. Finding my wireless router (and the WiFi at my local Starbuck's) was also an uncomplicated process. Yes, the keyboard is a bit too minute and the mouse pad takes a lot of patience to expend but think that you can haul this laptop anywhere. And, despite the fact that it is loudly touted as a means to surf the web, don't let that restrict you. The HP Mini 110 can handle an office suite so you really can have the best of both worlds. In fact, I found that the HP Mini 110 works better on software then with clear web applications (YouTube, Hulu, etc. are easy to access but the video's are choppy and playback is bad) .

So, for the money (and you'll have enough left over to engage a DVD drive to load this guy up and a mouse), I highly recommend this netbook.

Wish we could recommend this HP Mini 110 but we can't because the case has serious effect flaws. First one lasted less than 2 days -- battery clip slipped, shattered. Retailer replaced it because same thing had happened to their note model. Second one lasted 82 days -- opened it one morning and the fair hinge shattered; closed it to notice if it could be aligned and the left hinge shattered. Only thing holding the lid on the harmful are the wires! Called HP Tech Help -- snort response doesn't search for "Mini" so it routes you to "Voodoo" model which turns out to be a commerical abet desk. That salvage then transfers you to the Consumer Mini desk where you'll sit on fill for an hour because as the tech told me, they are "overwhelmed" by callers. After stepping through all the hoops there, you'll be transferred to HP Hardware who will order you the shattered hinges are not covered by the warranty and that they'll fix it for $290! (For a machine that currently retails for $303!) Astonishing! The fact that the repair kit is available online for $30 plus another $20 for plastic hinge covers tells you this fairly unusual model is having enough hinge failures to perform it worthwhile to market replacement parts. A distinct weakness on this model, made worse by the fact HP won't stand unhurried the machine. But, since we now have a useless $303 machine, we are trying to settle whether to spring for the $50 in repair parts or impartial send it to a competitor to exercise in a commercial to explain why their product is trustworthy to the HP Mini. Gorgeous great any netbook that keeps it's top connected to the heinous is beneficial at this point. You'd judge HP would bag that!
